Due to the nature of cut-to-measure goods, we generally do not accept returns on fabric. However, if your order is flawed or incorrect, we are happy to make it right.

Return Process

  Our team will review your request and provide a return authorization if the item is eligible.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely package the unwashed and uncut items in their original condition.

  Receive Refund

  Once received and inspected, we will issue a refund or store credit to your original payment method.
